We are at 26 Lisnanane Lane, Cookstown, BT80 9BJ, with the workshop on site. Collecting means you can see it before you take it, and we hand it over built and checked.
Ring 028 8731 2118 before you set off so we have it ready.
It arrives nearly built. On most rides the handlebars and the front wheel need fitting, and the tools for both are in the box.
Collect it from the shop instead and we hand it over built, checked and charged, with nothing for you to do.
Every product carries a one year guarantee. What matters more is who honours it: repairs are done in our own workshop in Cookstown, not posted to a distributor and waited on.
Something not right? Ring 028 8731 2118 and talk to the person who will be fixing it.
You have 30 days from receiving it to ask to return it. Ring 028 8731 2118 or email us first — anything sent back without arranging it cannot be accepted.

Call into the shop and your rider can sit on it before you decide.
Most places selling kids' electric rides online are a website and a warehouse — no shop to call into, no workshop, and no one who knows the bike a year later.

A counter you can walk up to, our own repair workshop, and Andy on the end of the phone. We're here after the sale, not just for it.

Novi · 8 years and up
It looks like a real motorbike. It sounds like one. And you decide how fast it goes.
The one riding it, and the one paying for it. The M5 is unusual in that it genuinely answers both.
Most kids' rides have a mode button on the handlebars — which means the limit lasts exactly as long as your child's patience. The M5 pairs to an app, and the speed mode is set there. Start them in the lowest mode while they learn the weight and the brakes, move them up when you're happy, and put it back down when the wee cousin gets a turn.
It's the single best reason to pick this over a cheaper 24V bike — and the reason we're comfortable selling it for an 8-year-old.
Range figures on kids' rides are usually a lab number — lightest rider, lowest speed mode, flat ground, no stopping — and real life comes in miles short. So we ran one down ourselves before we said anything.
About 18 miles is what we got, and 30 km is 18.6 miles — so for once the number on the box is close to honest. Yours will vary: a heavier rider, the top speed mode, hills and cold weather all take a bite out of it. But if you were braced for half what it says, this one is better than that.

Ridden properly — speed, sound and the vapour
Eight and up, and it carries a rider of up to 80 kg — so it lasts well into the teens. For a younger or lighter first-timer, set the lowest speed mode in the app and let them find their feet.
We got about 18 miles out of one ourselves. The claimed figure is 30 km (18.6 miles), so it is close to the mark — but expect less with a heavier rider, in the top speed mode, or on hills.
24 km/h (15 mph) flat out in the top mode. In the lowest mode it is a great deal slower, and that is where a new rider should start.
Yes — it is water vapour, like a stage machine. It is cold, it leaves nothing behind, and it stops the moment you switch it off.
No. The bike rides without a phone anywhere near it. The app is how you set the speed mode and change the lights and sounds.
No. It is fine on a damp yard, but it is an electric vehicle with a battery and a speaker in it — keep it out of rain, puddles and away from a hose.
131 × 64 × 81 cm and 24.6 kg. It fits in most car boots with the seats down, and one adult can lift it, though two is easier.
Mostly. Collect it from the shop and we hand it over built, checked and charged.
The M5 is a full-size ride-on with proper bike styling — V-twin looks, a real seat, forks that move — with a 500W brushless motor behind it. It runs to 24 km/h (15 mph) across three speed modes, and the mode is set from an app on your phone rather than a button on the handlebars, so the top speed is your decision and not your child's. Disc brakes front and rear, front suspension, and 14-inch air-filled tyres that cope with grass and gravel. It carries a rider up to 80 kg, so it lasts well past the first season.
It also does the daft stuff properly: five sound effects through a built-in speaker, RGB lights the rider picks the colour of, and cold water vapour from the exhausts. All of it switches off.
