Northern Ireland: free on every ride. Small orders under £50 are £5.
Ireland: £13 per ride, shown in euro at checkout.
We don't deliver to England, Scotland or Wales.
A helmet or other small item ordered with a ride travels free with it. Small items on their own are £8 to Ireland. Collecting from the shop in Cookstown is always free.
That is the whole delivery charge, shown before you pay. Every order goes tracked: you get a confirmation email when you order, and a second one with the tracking number the moment it leaves us. We do not deliver outside the UK and Ireland.

We pack and dispatch within 1–2 working days. After that:
So NI is usually 2–4 working days door to door. Weekends and bank holidays do not count, and Christmas and Black Friday run longer.

We are at 26 Lisnanane Lane, Cookstown, BT80 9BJ, with the workshop on site. Collecting means you can see it before you take it, and we hand it over built and checked.
Ring 028 8731 2118 before you set off so we have it ready.
It arrives nearly built. On most rides the handlebars and the front wheel need fitting, and the tools for both are in the box.
Collect it from the shop instead and we hand it over built, checked and charged, with nothing for you to do.
Every product carries a one year guarantee. What matters more is who honours it: repairs are done in our own workshop in Cookstown, not posted to a distributor and waited on.
Something not right? Ring 028 8731 2118 and talk to the person who will be fixing it.
You have 30 days from receiving it to ask to return it. Ring 028 8731 2118 or email us first — anything sent back without arranging it cannot be accepted.
The conditions, plainly:

The Christmas Club lets you pay in instalments and collect nearer the time. Ring 028 8731 2118 and Andy will talk you through how it works, or read how it works.
If you are torn between two rides, unsure about your rider's size, or wondering whether this is too much for a first one — ring 028 8731 2118. You get Andy, who sells these and fixes them.
Call into the shop and your rider can sit on it before you decide.
Most places selling kids' electric rides online are a website and a warehouse — no shop to call into, no workshop, and no one who knows the bike a year later.

A counter you can walk up to, our own repair workshop, and Andy on the end of the phone. We're here after the sale, not just for it.

Novi VR10Sizing check
Set their height above, then ring Andy on 028 8731 2118 — he’ll tell you straight whether the Novi VR10 suits them.
Not sure how tall they are? Stand them against a door frame without shoes and mark the top of their head.
Novi · electric dirt bike · ages 14–18
Two thousand watts and 220 newton metres — with three modes, so it does not have to start there.
2000W rated, 3000W at peak, driving the back wheel through a chain. That is more than twice the motor in the NX100 below it, and the torque figure is the one that matters: 220 Nm is what pulls a fifteen-stone teenager up a wet bank instead of bogging down halfway.
15.5 mph, 22 mph, then 34. It does not have to arrive at 34 — the settings switch on the bars, so it can start on the lower ones and move up as the rider is ready. The display shows speed, battery and which setting it is in, so there is no guessing what they are riding on.
Double hydraulic discs, front and rear — not cable pull. Anything that will do 34 mph earns its brakes, and this is the part of the specification we would look at first if we were buying it ourselves. Going is easy. Stopping is the bit you pay for.
Off-road suspension front and rear on an alloy frame, with a 14-inch front and 12-inch rear on knobbly tyres, and it will climb a 30° bank. IPX4 splash resistance, so a damp field is fine — a pressure washer is not.
31miles*
*best case, and we would rather say so on the page than in an email afterwards. The 48V 20.8Ah pack is quoted at up to 31 miles — flat ground, steady speed, a lighter rider, and not in the top mode. Ridden the way a seventeen-year-old will ride it, plan on a good deal less. It takes 5 to 7 hours to charge from flat, so it is an overnight job.
Two bikes, same idea, split by the rider. The honest answer is almost always the age and whether they can already ride — not how keen they are.
A 2000W bike is not a Christmas-morning surprise for a nervous beginner. If you are weighing the two, ring the shop — we will tell you straight which one suits the rider.
Our own film of the bike that came out of the box, shot on a phone on a Cookstown evening. Not a supplier's press pack, and not a computer's idea of it.
Private land only, with the landowner's permission. A 34 mph electric dirt bike is not legal on public roads, pavements or cycle paths in Northern Ireland, and no change in the law is going to make it so. It is not a commuter machine and we will not sell it as one. Helmet, gloves and something over the ankles — and buy it for land you can actually ride on.
Novi is our own brand — we specify these, we import them, and we are the ones who answer the phone when something needs sorting. Every VR10 is built, set up and safety-checked on our bench in Cookstown before it goes anywhere. Over twenty years trading, parts on the shelf, and no returns label to a warehouse you have never heard of.
12 month warranty — the full Gorilla Karts guarantee, because this one is ours.
26 Lisnanane Lane, Cookstown BT80 9BJ · Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri 10–4
34 mph (55 km/h) in the top mode, with 15.5 mph and 22 mph modes below it. The display reads in km/h.
14 to 18. It is not a scaled-up children's bike — 2000W and 220 Nm is a serious amount of drive, and it suits someone who can already ride. Younger or less experienced, look at the NX100.
No. Private land only, with the landowner's permission. Not roads, not pavements, not cycle paths.
Up to 31 miles is the quoted best case — flat, steady, lighter rider, lower mode. Ridden hard in the top mode expect considerably less. Charging takes 5 to 7 hours.
Yes — the VR10 is chain-driven, which is how it delivers 220 Nm. The NX100 uses a hub motor with no chain instead; that is one of the real differences between them.
12 months. Novi is our own brand, so this is the full Gorilla Karts guarantee rather than somebody else's cover.
IPX4 — rain and a damp field are fine. Do not jet-wash it, and do not leave it standing wet.
Yes — £20 minimum holds it, pay the rest at your own pace, collect by Friday 18 December.

The VR10 is where the Novi range stops being a kids' bike. A 2000W 48V motor — more than twice the NX100 — with 220Nm of torque and a 34mph top end, for riders in their mid teens who have genuinely outgrown a starter machine.
15.5mph, 22mph and 34mph. It does not have to arrive at 34 — set it where you are comfortable and move it up when they have earned it. The same bike suits a cautious fourteen-year-old and a confident seventeen-year-old.
Double hydraulic brakes front and rear — not cable pull — because at 34mph stopping matters more than going. Off-road suspension at both ends on an alloy frame, 14-inch front and 12-inch rear knobbly tyres, and it will climb a 30° bank.
The 48V 20.8Ah battery is quoted at up to 31 miles a charge. That is a best-case number — flat ground, steady speed, light rider. Ridden hard in the top mode it will be a good deal less, and we would rather tell you that now. Five to seven hours to charge from flat. IPX4 splash resistance, so a damp field is fine and a hose is not.
No petrol, no mixing, no pull-start, and quiet enough to ride without the whole street knowing. The things that make a petrol pit bike a nuisance are the things this does not have.
A 2000W bike is not a Christmas-morning surprise for a nervous beginner — it is a step up for someone who can already ride. It is private land only: not roads, pavements or cycle paths. If you are weighing the VR10 against the NX100, ring us or call in and we will be straight with you about which one suits the rider.

Most places selling kids’ electric rides online are a website and a warehouse. When something needs fixing a year in, that matters — because there’s nowhere to bring it and no one who knows the ride. The Novi VR10 comes from an actual shop in Cookstown with its own repair workshop.
Honest advice on fit and age — ring Andy or call in and let your rider try it for size.
Tracked delivery across NI and Ireland, or collect from the shop and we’ll hand it over ready to ride.
1 year guarantee, 30 day returns, and spares & repairs handled in our own workshop.
“Great item, my son loves it.”
“Believe me, it’s more than the pictures and description give it justice.”
“Bought the bike for my 4 year old for Christmas — what can I say, amazing! I could pay it in, they held onto it until the week before Christmas. Postage was tracked, assembly was easy. Keep it local — I will buy again.”
“I bought a small electric bike at Christmas — I highly recommend Gorilla Karts. Customer service is first class!”
