Northern Ireland: free on every ride. Small orders under £50 are £5.

Mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales): £25 per ride. Ireland: £13 per ride, shown in euro at checkout.

A helmet or other small item ordered with a ride travels free with it. Small items on their own are £5 to mainland UK and £8 to Ireland. Collecting from the shop in Cookstown is always free.

That is the whole delivery charge, shown before you pay. Every order goes tracked: you get a confirmation email when you order, and a second one with the tracking number the moment it leaves us. We do not deliver outside the UK and Ireland.

We pack and dispatch within 1–2 working days. After that:

• Northern Ireland — 1–2 working days
• Republic of Ireland — 2–3 working days
• England, Scotland, Wales — 3–4 working days

So NI is usually 2–4 working days door to door and mainland UK 4–6. Weekends and bank holidays do not count, and Christmas and Black Friday run longer.

We are at 26 Lisnanane Lane, Cookstown, BT80 9BJ, with the workshop on site. Collecting means you can see it before you take it, and we hand it over built and checked.

Ring 028 8731 2118 before you set off so we have it ready.

It arrives nearly built. On most rides the handlebars and the front wheel need fitting, and the tools for both are in the box.

Collect it from the shop instead and we hand it over built, checked and charged, with nothing for you to do.

Every product carries a one year guarantee. What matters more is who honours it: repairs are done in our own workshop in Cookstown, not posted to a distributor and waited on.

You have 30 days from receiving it to ask to return it. Ring 028 8731 2118 or email us first — anything sent back without arranging it cannot be accepted.

The conditions, plainly:

• It has to come back unused and unridden, in its original packaging.
• Sending it back yourself is free within the 30 days.
• If you want us to collect it, that starts at £20 and rises with size and weight.
• A 2% restocking fee comes off the refund, to cover checking and repacking.
