This ride ships at a flat £10 to anywhere in the United Kingdom or Ireland. That is the whole delivery charge — there is nothing further added at checkout.
Every order goes tracked. You get a confirmation email when you order, and a second one with the tracking number the moment it leaves us.
We pack and dispatch within 1–2 working days. After that:
Northern Ireland — 1–2 working days
Republic of Ireland — 2–3 working days
England, Scotland, Wales — 3–4 working days
So NI is usually 2–4 working days door to door and mainland UK 4–6. Weekends and bank holidays do not count, and Christmas and Black Friday run longer.
We are at 26 Lisnanane Lane, Cookstown, BT80 9BJ, with the workshop on site. Collecting means you can see it before you take it, and we hand it over built and checked.

It arrives nearly built. On most rides the handlebars and the front wheel need fitting, and the tools for both are in the box.
Collect it from the shop instead and we hand it over built, checked and charged, with nothing for you to do.
Every product carries a one year guarantee. What matters more is who honours it: repairs are done in our own workshop in Cookstown, not posted to a distributor and waited on.

You have 30 days from receiving it to ask to return it. Ring 028 8731 2118 or email us first — anything sent back without arranging it cannot be accepted.
The conditions, plainly:
It has to come back unused and unridden, in its original packaging.
Sending it back yourself is free within the 30 days.
If you want us to collect it, that starts at £20 and rises with size and weight.
A 2% restocking fee comes off the refund, to cover checking and repacking.

Questions parents ask us
What age is the K2 best for?
Ages 7 to 11. If your rider is younger, look at the K1 Chopper — it has a lower seat and a gentler 10 mph cap. Taller or older? The K3 fits kids, teens and adults.
Where can my child ride it legally?
On private land with the landowner’s permission — gardens, driveways, farms and private tracks. Kids’ electric bikes aren’t for public roads, pavements or parks. We recommend adult supervision and a properly fitted helmet every ride.
Can I limit how fast it goes?
Yes. There are three speed modes up to the 13 mph maximum, so you can start slow and unlock more speed as your rider’s confidence grows.
Is the battery removable?
Yes — the 36V 5.2Ah lithium battery lifts out so you can charge it indoors while the bike stays put.
What if something breaks?
You get a 1 year guarantee and 30 day returns as standard, and our Cookstown workshop handles spares and repairs in-house — bring it in or ring us on 028 8731 2118.
